Service and Support |
Service and support is of special importance at OSMO Membrane Systems.
Service and support means assistance, remote maintenance, inspection, preventive maintenance, general check-ups, updates and service agreement.
Our experts guarantee security when you need it.
Inspection |
Comprehensive mechanical and process engineering analysis of the current state of your system! We check your system on site. You will receive a written report on the condition of the system as well as recommendations on the scope of maintenance and replacement of wear parts.
Maintenance and membrane cleaning |
Yo unproductive and unplanned downtime can be reduced through proactive measures such as regular preventive maintenance by OSMO Customer Service.
We would be pleased to provide you with an offer for an individual maintenance contract!!
Maintenance pays off! Also financially! It has been shown that systems maintained by OSMO not only run more reliably but also have lower maintenance costs. This is possible due to a reduction of the chemicals required and a longer service life of the operating media (membrane, ion exchange resins).
Trouble Shooting |
In the event of faults in your system, please contact us! Our experienced team will help you to identify and eliminate the cause of the malfunction. For this purpose we check the mechanical condition of the system as well as the process parameters. In addition, we can also perform an analysis of the membrane by means of a membrane autopsy. During this autopsy the membrane element is opened and examined for abnormalities.
Spare- and wear parts and chemicals |
Our spare parts service is an essential part of our customer service. With our extensive range of spare parts, your systems will always be kept up to date with the latest technology.
We guarantee a reliable supply of spare and wear parts as well as chemicals and deliver the required parts quickly.
In addition, we offer you a wide range of chemicals around membrane plants. We would be pleased to advise you, for example, on the selection of a suitable antiscalant or the optimal cleaning chemicals for your membrane system!
